It's important at Gifts by Siera Jewels 5 that your are satisfied with your purchase. If your item(s) are defective we will exchange your item(s) or provide a refund on your original purchase price (minus shipping costs). Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers will be responsible to the return shipping costs. Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition and returned in the same packaging *No Exceptions*. Any item(s) received for a return or exchange that is not in NEW CONDITION will not be honored *No exceptions*. If an order exceeds $100, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.
- To return item(s), please notify us within 24 hours upon receipt of the item(s) that you wish to return.
- Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item(s).
- Item(s) must be in new & unworn condition with all the original tags and packaging.
- Must request an RMA Return Merchandise Authorization email to start your return thru email or call. We try to respond in a timely manner.
- For large returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We can't guarantee returns will be received.
Please allow up to 7 business days for transit time plus an additional 7-10 business days for processing after arrival at our location. You will receive an email confirmation once we process your refund.
